Oversees all community association management and managers.
Tiffany is a detail-oriented, independent, and personable Community Association Manager, licensed for over 8 years, with ten years worth of experience in the community association management industry. The extent of this experience includes but is not limited to: communications and coordinations with boards of directors, homeowners, residents, and vendors; amenities management;
preparation and holding board and homeowner meetings; accounting; reports preparation; annual budget preparation; collections oversight with legal counsel; administrative and reception duties; customer problem solving; and community site inspections for common area maintenance and homeowner compliance.
Tiffany also has over two years as a Licensed Real Estate agent in Florida, though the license is currently Voluntary Inactive while she focuses on delivering above and beyond service to her current communities and looks to expand the company by bringing in new communities to the Florida Property team!
In her downtime, she enjoys playing with her pet Shih-Tzu, watching movies, and reading.

Natasha is an independent self-starter with more than twenty-five years customer service, account management, sales, and office management experience. She became a Licensed Community Association Manager in 2022, though started out learning more about the community association duties by assisting Manager Tiffany Woodall with conducting the routine community-wide inspections of the associations they manage, coordinating with vendors on site for bids and new projects, communications with homeowners on inquiries and community complaints, and board meeting preparation.
She has also been a Licensed Real Estate agent in Florida for the past 4 years. Prior to COVID-19, Natasha worked in the Insurance industry for 5 years working her way up from a Customer Service Representative position to managerial roles and overseeing business operations including completing applications, writing insurance policies, administrative duties coordination, and supervising customer service representatives.
In her downtime, Natasha enjoys doing charity work, home renovation projects, planning parties and events, and spoiling her two Boxers rotten.
