Only current residents of the Springtree Village of Jax community with valid and active electronic access keycards may make a reservation.
*Note on Keycards: If you don't have a valid/active card registered under your name, then you must request one from the Management company in order to gain access to the park.
Tenants must request access cards under their name if they wish to gain access to the Park/Playground and must have a valid lease on file with the Management company to verify tenancy.

*Available hours dependent upon the changing of seasons as the park is only open from Sunrise to Sunset.
*Events can be up to 5 hours in duration with a maximum of 30 guests.
*There must be a 1 hour break in between parties scheduled for the same day. Last reservation must end 30 minutes prior to closing of the park to allow for pack-up & clean-up.
*Please be sure to clean up after your party and put all trash into the garbage cans you will be charged a cleaning fee.*
