The deadline date is approaching fast and will be here before you know it! The due date for the 2025 Annual Assessments is January 1, 2025 and will be late after February 1, 2025!
*Note: Dunns Creek Plantation Owners Association, Inc. Assessment Fees will be late after March 1, 2025.

If you have not yet submitted payment for your 2025 Annual Assessment Fee, then your account is now late. Check online for your current balance and pay today!
If it is past the noted deadline date from your late notice and your account is now showing "In Collections" on your Portal, then your account may have already been turned over for formal collection actions.
If so, then you must contact your association's legal counsel that is handling the collections for accurate payoff information to bring your account current.
***Important Note: Any balance showing on your locked online portal may not be an accurate balance to bring the account current. Contact the association legal counsel's office for further assistance.***
