Their office is located at 2233 Park Ave, Suite 103, Orange Park, FL 32073 and their office hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Florida Property and Association Management is no longer managing the Association, so please DO NOT send any further payments to our office as they must go through the new management company going forward.
